Filipe Arruda

Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead with 6+ years building mission-critical systems across fintech, banking, and AI-driven products. I specialize in high-volume payment architectures, agentic AI pipelines, and cloud-native backends on AWS and Azure.

I've led teams at BTG Pactual — Brazil's largest investment bank — at Transfero — a fintech operating at scale — and currently at Acxia Cloud, where I architect and deliver agentic AI systems end-to-end.

In February 2026, during the climate crisis in Juiz de Fora, I built Ajude.io — a real-time disaster response platform that connected over 1,000 volunteers to active relief fronts. The platform gained national TV coverage.
